The Background
Apogee baselined print usage and existing servicing and fleet characteristics to develop an MPS strategy that would provide planned maintenance, technical and user support governed by dedicated contract management and a Service Level Agreement in support of 10 million prints per annum including 24 hour cover for A&E and the labs.
We worked with the hospital to create a bespoke training schedule to train a variety of different users on the devices and service, accommodating shift workers and remotely monitored consumables and replenished stock. We manage real-time performance and environmental reports and ensure the currency of the fleet. We support secure printing options and report service improvements and cost savings on a quarterly basis.
