Eine Untersuchung im Rahmen des Informationsfreiheitsgesetzes ergab, dass weitere 28 % der NHS-Trusts keine Angaben dazu machen konnten, wie viele IT-Ausfälle bei ihnen aufgetreten waren.
The new system is a fully integrated Call Management Solution and has been developed with the client journey and experience in mind. We have built tailored routing and new menus that cater for all types of incoming calls and these will help us respond more quickly and effectively.
This is just one of the many process improvement initiatives we are putting in place to enhance the client experience.
