Apogee is pushing to be even more sustainable and encouraging our staff to participate in Earth Hour to give back to our planet.
In response, we have invested in a new call system which goes live on Friday 18th January.
The new system is a fully integrated Call Management Solution and has been developed with the client journey and experience in mind. We have built tailored routing and new menus that cater for all types of incoming calls and these will help us respond more quickly and effectively.
This is just one of the many process improvement initiatives we are putting in place to enhance the client experience.
