Baker & McKenzie LLP needed a reliable, efficient and cost-effective outsourced print and document services provider to ensure their highest levels of service were reflected in their document processes.

The varying document requirements of Baker & McKenzie LLP included outsourced reprographics, scanning and digital printing (often high volumes at short notice), specialist eBible production and print technology, including specialist scanning software and workflow solutions.


The Solution

Using their in-house logistics team, Apogee ensure all documentation handled retains a highly secure and auditable chain of custody, with GPS tracking technology installed across the fleet. All work is shown throughout the production facilities on TimeHarvest, the internal CRM, allowing staff to monitor, manage and prioritise work efficiently.
