The Background
Hempsons' London office had been supported by Apogee since 2011. With additional offices in Manchester, Harrogate, and Newcastle, the challenge set out in the tender was to find a solution that utilised up to date technology, while enabling staff to adapt quickly to the change.
The firm needed to upgrade and improve its document production capabilities, and also required a solution that enabled accurate client cost allocation.
