The Background
Following the acquisition of Tenon the print environment needed to be quickly rationalised as each company had conflicting equipment, software, and service agreements. The inherited fleet required updating if it was to meet the needs of the combined businesses.
RSM needed to find economies of scale, and a supplier who could provide ongoing support for all hardware and software. There was also a very small window for implementation and roll out across multiple locations around the UK.
